1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntelGrid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized Use Only

IntelGrid is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform intended for cybersecurity professionals, investigators, and researchers. You must have lawful authorization to search for any individual or entity. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Stalking, harassment, or any unauthorized surveillance of individuals
• Using results to commit any illegal activity
• Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Sharing your account credentials with others

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts found violating these terms, without refund. Banned users may not create new accounts.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Unused credits do not expire unless the account is terminated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results. Search results depend on third-party data sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

IntelGrid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
